Story of my marriage

Most of my friends are awestruck when they heard the news of my marriage. Most of them knew how a firm non-believer of marriage I am. Most of them are asking why I haven't invited them or didn't tell them about it.
There was a family feud in my mother's side family about 2 months back and my father asked me to attend it and help them resolve it. But it went too far to resolve.
My father came up with this idea of my marriage which will solve most of the feuds for years to come and asked me to get married to my uncle's daughter.
How can I say NO to the first thing my father has ever asked me in my entire life. So I registered marriage with this girl who and whose family are super happy about it. All these things happened in a day or two. Even before i came out of the shock, i got married.
None of my family members except my brother was there for my marriage (not even my parents). When the time is right ill arrange a small get together to all my friends and family members.
